This photo series is an introspective survey of both approach and content. The photos are about intimacy as both a subject matter to capture and an ideology of photography. The images become kaleidoscopic expressions of the concept of intimacy. The work shows warmth, trust, vulnerability, and comfort among many others even though each work is from different unique photo sessions with their own end goal. Nonetheless, all the images share these values showcasing the true essence of my photography. Intimacy is a tool for what to instinctively photograph and something to give out. These portraits are abstract/conceptual self-portraits because they are the truest essence of my photography.
